As we present ourselves as a CO2 neutral brewery, it is with regret that we must admit that this beer is not so climate friendly. Unfortunately, our wood pellet burner was damaged due to a fire in a brewery building. This meant that to make this beer, we had to reconnect our old oil burner again to provide the heat for the brew – we would like to apologize for this. The wood pellet burner is now repaired, and we will not be using oil again. Dirty Danish Oil is a strong stout with 12% ABV and we have brewed it as black and thick as possible – giving an almost oil-like appearance. A full-bodied beer with adequate bitterness and hints of malt, coffee and dark chocolate.
